We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and payment information. We also collect usage data including files uploaded (temporarily), transformation prompts, and basic analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. File Data

Uploaded Excel files are processed in sandboxed environments and stored temporarily in encrypted Azure Blob Storage. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days. File contents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for code generation but are not stored by Anthropic beyond the API request. We do not use your files to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (file storage and compute), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. Code execution occurs in sandboxed environments with no network access.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded files are deleted after 7 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or request account deletion by contacting support@ohsheet.ai.
