By accessing or using ohsheet.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ohsheet.ai provides an AI-powered spreadsheet transformation service. Users upload Excel files, describe desired transformations in natural language, and receive modified files.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload files containing malicious content, use the Service to process illegal data, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Data Handling

Uploaded files are processed and temporarily stored for the purpose of transformation. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not use your file contents for training AI models.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, incorrect transformations, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Always verify transformed files before relying on them.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
